XVA Token Pre-seed Round Terms

Participants in the pre-seed sale will receive a placeholder token in their dashboard. This placeholder token can be redeemed for XVA after the token generation event (TGE).

A minimum of 1,000 XVA placeholder tokens must be acquired in your investment account to claim XVA. The minimum purchase is also set at 1,000 XVA.

KYC approval is mandatory before tokens become available on the claims portal.

Token Bonus Structure

The following bonus token structure applies to participants in Preseed Mini Round of the Nova Presale.  

- Base amount of bonus: XVA: 5% bonus for all participants

- Extra bonus - the more XVA you buy, the higher the bonus:

        - Buy >7,000 XVA (~$150) – get 15% bonus XVA!

        - Buy >20,000 XVA (~$400) – get 20% bonus XVA!

        - Buy >50,000 XVA (~$1,000) – get 30% bonus XVA!

Bonus credits are not eligible for the Presale staking reward program. Bonus will be visible on your portal after your transaction has been confirmed. 

Staking APY

Pre-seed participants are eligible for a 200% annual yield (APY) on purchased XVA via the portal.

The staking APY will begin once the pre-seed round concludes.

APY is calculated at 8% per month, paid weekly.

Vesting Period 

XVA tokens are subject to vesting schedules. Participants are encouraged to review the white paper thoroughly for details on how vesting may impact token distribution timelines.

XVA tokens may only be claimed using the wallet nominated on the buyer portal. Nova will advise you when the claim portal is launched.
